The people here were friendly and helpful, but the business side sucks.1. Huge signs outside say "$10 OFF wiper blades". It was a lie. I got the wiper blades and was about to pay when I noticed the cost wasn't removed. I was told it was a rebate. OK, $10 back, that's fine.2. NO, not $10 back, $10 gift card. Getting upset.3. "Don't mail in the rebate, you can do it right online." I get online, click through a couple questions and type in the transaction number. OK.4. (one month later). I get an email asking me to call about my rebate.5. I call and get put on hold for over 22 minutes. At that time, the holding voice tells me that my call cannot be answered at this time and pleasantly tells me that it's hanging up. It does.6. I email in and am told that the problem with my claim is that they "cannot see the transaction history." AT THIS POINT I'M PISSED - I USED THEIR OWN INTERNET FORM, HOW CAN THEY NOT "SEE" THAT!? Also, why was I asked to call in when a brief email was sufficient the 2nd time around.7. Still waiting.Bad company. I'll shop elsewhere. Feedback: Given me my $10 off as advertised, not a bait

Horrible. Its is like the third and last time I called for a part and went there to pick it up but wasn't there. I was even sent to another advanced location from them for a part that wasn't there either. Also a lot of assuming without listening to the customers need. They really need to look at their staff. No experience. I rather go to a place where they are experienced and pay more for the parts instead of getting the run around and wasting it in time and gas. Go somewhere else. Feedback: Been more experienced and listen to the customer
